Who We Are
We Began With a Simple Conviction.
No woman should face a pregnancy decision alone.
Triad for Life began as a small group of believers who wanted to strengthen and support local pregnancy centers. What started small has grown into a ministry reaching women throughout the Triad with compassionate care, practical help, truth, and hope.

Our Story
Faith Put Into Action
We began as a group who wanted to come alongside local pregnancy centers and help strengthen the life-affirming work already happening in our community.
For some members of our team, this mission is deeply personal. They know firsthand the grief, regret, or spiritual pain that can follow an abortion, and they have a heartfelt desire to help women discover that there can be another path—one where they are surrounded by support, resources, and hope.
As we encountered more and more women facing difficult pregnancy circumstances, the need became impossible to ignore. Over time, our ministry expanded beyond supporting others to include providing direct care ourselves.
Today, Triad Pregnancy Care operates Ruby Marie, our mobile pregnancy care center, along with satellite locations in and around the Triad. Through partnerships with pregnancy care organizations, churches, volunteers, and generous supporters, our reach continues to grow.
What has changed is our reach. What has not changed is our conviction that every woman deserves to be heard, cared for, and reminded that she is not alone.

We have learned that one of the most meaningful things we can offer a woman experiencing an unexpected or crisis pregnancy is something remarkably simple: the opportunity to be heard.

Inform
We offer free pregnancy confirmation, limited ultrasound, nurse consultation, and medically grounded information so she can better understand her pregnancy and the choices before her.

Walk With Her
We help women discover practical resources, community support, and people willing to walk alongside them. Whatever decision she ultimately makes, our goal is to treat her with dignity, compassion, and respect.
We do not believe pressure or coercion changes hearts. Our approach is centered on love: helping a woman slow down, see the life developing within her, understand her options, and discover support she may not have known existed.

Sidewalk Outreach
Our trained team maintains a peaceful, positive presence outside the local abortion facility, offering practical help and an alternative to anyone who wants another option.

40 Days for Life
We help host 40 Days for Life–Greensboro campaigns and invite churches and individuals to join us in peaceful prayer for women, families, workers, and our community.

Adoption Awareness
We promote adoption as a loving option and connect women with trusted Christian adoption agencies that can answer questions and provide support.

Abortion Recovery
We help connect women with confidential abortion recovery studies and are expanding healing support to include men who carry pain from a past abortion experience.

Church & Community Engagement
From Sunday services and small groups to community gatherings, we share an encouraging message about compassion, practical support, and valuing every life.

Student Education
Age-appropriate presentations for Christian schools and homeschool groups help young people think carefully about life, healthy relationships, compassion, and how to support someone facing an unexpected pregnancy.
Growing the Reach
Meeting Women Where They Are
During the past four years, we have steadily expanded our reach through a stronger online presence, our mobile medical clinic, and multiple service locations made possible through collaboration with other pregnancy care organizations.
That growth is not about becoming bigger for its own sake. It is about being easier to find when a woman is searching, being closer when she needs an appointment, and having the people and resources available to respond when she reaches out.
